Lynnterm Maintenance Facility

This steel project involved the complete redevelopment of the maintenance facilities within Western Stevedoring North Van terminal location. The project involved construction of three pre-engineered steel buildings totalling 19,000sf, including a heavy duty truck shop. Attached to the truck shop is an office, locking room facility, as well as stores and equipment storage areas. The civil construction of the surrounding 300,000sf yard was also re-services, graded, and paved. A wash down slab included installation of large oil water separators and the yard also received new exterior fueling stations.
