Operations Centre – Victoria Shipyards
This project includes a conventional structural steel shell with full height masonry towers, 20ton bridge cranes, 11 jib cranes, insulated panel wall cladding, built-up torch on roof system and curtain wall windows.
It is located at the Drydock in Esquimalt. It provides machine shop and maintenance space on the 1st floor and office space on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
