This 60’-0”w x 125’-0”l x 28’-0”h pre-engineered steel building plus mezzanine is a truck maintenance shop for the management and maintenance of a fleet of highway maintenance equipment.

The building has 3 vehicle bays and one wash bay. JDG performed this project on a design-build basis managing the design, permit and complete construction of the building and yard. Varied cladding colour and orientation, along with tinted windows, provide an economical architectural feature.
